Dr. Franklin grew up in Eufaula, AL. She attended The University of Alabama, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree. She moved to Dallas, TX and attended Parker Chiropractic College. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Anatomy degree and magna cum laude with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Franklin also obtained additional training in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology while she was at Parker.
After graduation, she and her husband moved back to Alabama where she opened up her chiropractic clinic. She managed her practice for five years. After having her second child in 2011, Dr. Franklin moved her practice and joined Hug Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. Franklin utilizes manual adjusting techniques, but also is certified in Activator Methods and Orthospinology instrument adjusting techniques.
Dr. Franklin, her husband and two children are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She enjoys baking with her daughter, getting beat in golf by her son and serving with the creative arts camp at her church.
